Prices
Dormitory beds are £15* a night. If your stay lengthens and you stay six consecutive nights with us, the 7th night is free.
As many people stay more than a week at Globe Backpackers, we have a weekly deal of £70* – effectively 2 free nights. This deal only applies if paid on the first night of your weeks stay.
Double room/twin room rate is £40* a night, with the 7th night free if your stay includes 6 consecutive nights.
Making A Reservation
To guarantee a bed reservation, please telephone or e-mail your name, contact details and credit/debit card details. The first night will be debited at the time of the booking on a non-refundable basis with the balance paid on arrival.– if you fail to cancel your booking within the 48-hour period we will debit the first nights tariff.
Double/twin Rooms
For double/twin Rooms room bookings, we require credit/debit card details with the same conditions listed above.
Group Bookings
If your group is less than six people, conditions above apply.
If your group is six, we will need to take the first nights tariff at the time of the booking with card details – this is non refundable. If the details or dates of the booking change we require at least 48 hours notice prior to arrival of these changes or the charges for the complete stay as originally booked will apply and the rest of the tariff is payable on arrival.
If you are booking well in advance of your stay (which is advisable due to how busy we are throughout the year), we require 25% of the full tariff to arrive with us 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, this can be made over the phone with a card, or if preferred you may send a cheque made out to 'Globe Backpackers' (bank transfers are also possible). This initial 25% is non-refundable. The remainder of the tariff is payable on arrival. Again, if the details or dates of the booking change we require at least 48 hours notice prior to arrival of these changes or the charges for the complete stay as originally booked will apply.
Unsecured Reservations
Non credit/debit card reservations on dormitory beds will be reserved until 3pm on the day of arrival, however extensions to this are possible by contacting us prior to 3pm. We cannot guarantee unsecured reservations beyond this time, as we are a busy hostel throughout the year, so it is in your interest to provide card details or keep in touch.
